Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or if you receive the wrong item, we are happy to help and will issue a replacement or refund.

Printed Products

We will provide a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is defective
  • There is a production or printing error
  • You received the wrong item

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital products are final sale and non-refundable.

Once a digital item has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
