She is dedicated to helping nursing students strengthen confidence, improve critical thinking, enhance test-taking strategies, and develop safe patient-care decision-making skills.

As Founder and Program Director of Nursing for Success™, Dr. Ubochi develops structured nursing education, mentorship, certification preparation, clinical readiness, and skills-based training programs designed to support learners at different levels — from CNA preparation to advanced nursing education.
Her goal is to create supportive learning environments where students feel encouraged, prepared, confident, and successful academically, clinically, and professionally.
