Dr. Ubochi is a doctorally prepared nurse educator with over 20 years of nursing experience and more than 10 years of experience in nursing education. She is passionate about helping students build confidence, strengthen clinical judgment, and succeed academically and professionally.
Her background includes nursing education, clinical instruction, mentorship, workforce readiness training, NCLEX preparation, and clinical skills education, with experience in critical care, medical-surgical nursing, pharmacology, and pathophysiology.
Through Nursing for Success™, Dr. Ubochi is committed to creating supportive learning environments that promote critical thinking, patient safety, and student success.

She is recognized for her strong knowledge in advanced nursing education, advanced pathophysiology, clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice, and NCLEX coaching.
She is dedicated to helping nursing students strengthen confidence, improve critical thinking, enhance test-taking strategies, and develop safe patient-care decision-making skills.
Dr. Mohammed brings extensive experience supporting students across undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral nursing education programs and is passionate about helping future nurses succeed academically and professionally.

Specialized in clinical judgment, evidence-based practice, nursing leadership, mentorship, and student success across entry-level, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral nursing education. As Founder and Program Director of Nursing for Success™, Dr. Ubochi develops structured nursing education, mentorship, certification preparation, clinical readiness, and skills-based training programs designed to support learners at different levels — from CNA preparation to advanced nursing education.
Her goal is to create supportive learning environments where students feel encouraged, prepared, confident, and successful academically, clinically, and professionally.
